- Our rules are for your comfort safety and privacy. Violation of our Rules, or Local, State, or Federal laws may result in your immediate expulsion.
- We ask first time visitors and all weekday campers, to be sure to arrive before 6 P.M., for their safety and convenience, as well as staff availability to check them in and show them to their site. We will admit campers till 8:00 P.M. on Friday and Saturday nights.
- All visitors including guests of members must register upon arrival.
- Day Visitors, please do not walk between trailers in the trailer areas. Stay on the roads.
- Speed limit on grounds is 6 miles per hour.
- No overt sexual behavior is acceptable. If another guest's behavior is offensive to you, report it to management immediately.
- Nudity is required in the pool, hot tubs, and sauna; recommended in the poolside fenced area. Poolside, you may wear a coverup to protect you from too much sun, or when weather is inclement. Nudity and casual attire are appropriate everywhere else on the campground. No bathing suits. No genital jewelry.
- When nude, carry a towel to sit on.
- Parents must always know where their children are, and will be held responsible for their behavior. For all children under 18, clubhouse curfew is 9:30 PM; campground curfew is 11:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at the campfire and inside the fenced pool area. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tubs.
- Observe quiet time from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM in the trailer and camping areas. No mopeds or golf carts without mufflers. No fireworks, no firearms, no weapons and no ham radios permitted.
- Alcoholic beverages may be brought to the campgrounds. You can purchase alcoholic drinks and food at the clubhouse and pool bar. You may not bring your own alcohol or food into the clubhouse, decks, or pool areas.
- Members only may bring pets. Pets must be quiet on a leash at your site. Clean up after your pet.
- No non-family members under age 18 without prior permission of management, and signed parental consent.
- No one in the pool area after posted hours. No eating, drinking, or smoking in the pool, hot tubs, or sauna. No alcohol at poolside tables.
- Cameras are not permitted without special permission from management. Never take photos of guests without their permission.
- Bag your trash and toss it into the blue dumpster. Break down cardboard boxes. Redeemable cans and bottles may be recycled if you choose.
- Management permission and a Town building permit are required for deck construction. Management permission is required for washing vehicles or trailers, or site changes.
- Campsites: The "Ghetto" (lower camping area) campfire is the only authorized campfire! No open fires without prior approval of management. Bring a grille or hibachi.
